Navagatha Crewing Department is headed by a team of well trained & experienced Master Mariners & Chief Engineers who understand the fact that seafarers are the back bone of the shipping industry. We have an extensive experience in manning of a wide range of vessel types ranging from main fleet to offshore vessels. We have an extensive pool of Multi-National Crew who are qualified & trained to the highest industry standards. We are working currently with Indian, ,Sri Lanka, Myanmar ,Bangladesh, Ukraine ,Indonesia, Philippine and Vietnam.
We at Navagatha. are engaged in the recruitment and training of personnel for the engine room, deck Cadet, engineers skilled in electrical operations along with stewards who will be serving in the galley. We conduct screening sessions every year for the selection of maritime personnel by their experience and qualifications and act as a human resource supplier to our local and international clients in the shipping industry.
We focus on developing competent, qualified and experienced seafarers who are fully aligned to a customer’s technical and operational requirements, as well as their culture. In addition, we only recruit those who display the right attitudes, behaviours and values to ensure a happy and well-managed vessel.
